Bootcamp

Mondays and Fridays

5:00-5:45AM
(Start date set for May 14th to June 1st)

This is an outdoor training using traditional boot camp style exercises and equipment to challenge your whole body.

$160 / 8 Sessions

Group Training

Tuesdays and Thursdays
5:15-6:00AM
This Group Training consists of
  • 4-8 clients at a time.
It is a circuit style training that focuses on:
  • strength training
  • cardio
  • core

$30 Class

Aqua Class

Saturdays and Sundays
(May - September)
Saturdays:
  • 11:30AM -12:15PM
  • 12:15AM -1:00PM
Sundays
  • 8:00AM-8:45AM
  • 8:45AM-9:30AM
  • 9:30AM-10:15AM

The Aqua Class is a joint-friendly way to get in cardio and strength training in our beautiful pool.
