Personal Training at the Train Station is a unique fitness experience for each of our clients. We believe in a blend of multiple disciplines which keep you motivated, interested and challenged.

We combine traditional strength training with Pilates, traditional cardio fitness, plus boxing, aqua fitness, TRX body weight training Nutritional Counselling and VO2 Max and RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) testing to create dynamic, interesting, and scientifically-based fitness programs.
