Years ago I began having a smoothie for breakfast 5 mornings a week. I found it easy and delicious. I make my shake quick and easy and have it on the drive to work.
When you have a busy day and need that quick meal to get your day going, consider a smoothie.
Many of my clients have requested my recipe so here it is.
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup 1% milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 cup frozen strawberries
2 teaspoons whey powder
6 ice cubes, crushed
Mix it up in a blender until it’s smooth and Creamy.
Make two servings.
Enjoy!
