Happy New Year, everyone!

I hope you’re all settling back into your routines following all of the holiday fun (and madness!). We’re back to normal here at the Train Station, too. In fact, we’re taking off with a running start this year. Those of you who have been in the studio this week noticed that we made some equipment changes. We’re so excited to have more space for lunges and burpees… and all of your favorite exercises!!! 😉

We’ve also decided to start video blogging this year. I’m happy to be the first one to share my “vlog”. If you hadn’t noticed the title, it’s all about stretch therapy! In the video, I give a few quick demonstrations of the basic stretches I go through in a 30-min lower body stretch. A lot of our clients forget about stretching or don’t make time to stretch. It’s just as important as good nutrition, cardio and strength training!! We should all be doing it regularly. Let me know if you’d like to try a stretch. I’d love to have you!
